Data is working but not text nor calls


I've restarted my phone, checked my SIM status, ensured I'm not on airplane mode and still no luck. I tried adding a 1 in front of the numbers and haven’t recently changed phones. I used all my data this month but added more and used only 7 minutes of calls. People send me texts that I don’t receive and when I try calling there is a mess That says I have no more minutes…any ideas?

Are you just porting your previously phone number to PM? If this is the case you may wait a while for call and text to work as some member of this community said. 

After 2 or 3 days, if call and text still don't work, there are 2 methods for help:

  1. Chat with Simon for help, if Simon can’t help, he would let you submit a ticket.

@ArthurA  Try resetting network settings or test SIM card in another phone . Also can you try putting your network to 3G and see if that helps at all
