Data very slow

My data keeps cutting out. Slow, very slow. Maybe one bar. Is there an issue with service in Kitchener area ? Please assist.

Hello @AAhmed123 

I would suggest turning your phone's airplane mode on for 10 minutes, then turn off the phone for 5 and then turn it back on. Then turn off airplane mode. This will reconnect you to the Public Mobile network and may help with the data speeds. Others have tried that with success.

what phone do you have?

not sure if it is because of FIFA and more people everywhere and more people streaming games.  Try Reboot your phone and reset network services

also, try changing network mode, test both 4G/LTE and 5G
