Hi all,
I couldn't use my data and recieved a text that I used all my data. HOWEVER, I still have 2GB of data on my account. What should I do ?

That and that MMS doesn't use data. It just needs data to be on.

@Timer According to OP's post, OP does not have any MMS or SMS problem. The only "text" related thing he mentioned was "recieved a text that I used all my data"

If your data is still showing available on your My Account after a refresh of the site @mustafa85 , then check to see if your phone settings is set up to warn you or even turn off data once it reaches certain levels.
If so, adjust those levels or turn these features off.

@mustafa85 hi it's possible your data is gone,clear your cache or use a different browser in private or incognito mode,go back in your self serve account see if your data updated if none there than it's all used up

@mustafa85 You might have used up all your data already. Yes, you might see you still have the 2GB, but it could be just a cached version of the page.
Please try to use Incognito mode or try on a completely different browser (Edge/Firefox/Chrome) and login to My Account again, this will make sure you get the latest usage from the server.
Let us know if you still see the 2GB, if so, there could be more investigation you can do
