I was sent a text telling me I had used 75% of my data. When I logged in to verify it showed I had used less than 25%. What's going on?

Was this a message from your device? Because phones can be set up to send data limit warnings, but your phone may not be set up to your Public Mobile plan start date.
If this was a text from Public Mobile...
Your Data usage under your Overview tab is likely the most accurate. So go by that. Perhaps this was an erroneous text.
Note, those text message warning are based on your total Data you have on your account. So Plan Data and an Data Addons.

Don’t rely on your management app because some uses a monthly timeframe and PM are on a 30 days cycle.
Also the text are delayed in sending information.
Log into your Self Serve account for update to date current usage.

Verifying through ay account is accurate.
Disregard the 75% usage msg.
I have used an app to control your usage and limiting daily usage. It did the job very efficiently.

@Cengler Unfortunately these text are not very accurate sometime. Best is check My Account. Data used showing on the Overview Tab is the most accurate.
