I believe it's not only the app.
For several reasons I prefer using My Account via browser over WiFi. Over the last half year or so it's become less and less user friendly, and login, if not timing out, is taking several minutes. With the caching problems of the site I always start with a clean slate (cleared cache, incognito mode) - I think instead of making it lean, efficient and simple they added so much bloat and analytics to stupid EverSafe that it takes forever to establish the access to the account.

@BraydenF5544 if you're talking about the PM app it takes a bit of time to load for me as well but once I'm in it's pretty much good to go. I think it's because it's loading the data usage stats. Is it taking longer than 20 to 30 seconds for you? Have you tried connecting over WiFi to see if there is any difference?

are you connected on 4G or LTE or 5G??
try reboot, try Reset all networks
