I’m sure this has been asked already but I’m on my 7th night of no power due to Hurricane Fiona. Has anyone seen an update issued from Public (or maybe through Telus?) about helping subscribers with data top-ups?
@Mamo3 Sorry to hear about all the problems you've been having since the hurricane hit. Unfortunately, PM hasn't announced that they're offering any extra data for customers hit with the outages from this storm, but you could always submit a ticket or send a message and make a request and see what the customer support say.
