Data still not working

I bought data and it’s still not working… says I have 3 days left to use data I paid for but won’t let me use… I used the AI chat bot and nothing it suggested worked

@vincentcaron99 !try to reboot the phone , also check lie this that you have data left 

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

                    OR

 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

data was working before , and you used up the data and got extra data add-on and not working?

if it is , then might be your phone's own data limited blocking it.  Check it and disable the limiter
