Hello. I have no data on my account. When I try to restore access to my account using phone number I am getting msg invalid phone number

dealing *611 got a valid respond with balance and other info
so account is valid but I cannot restore access to it.

download the Public Mobile app, log in to your account > Usage Breakdown to see current status...maybe you've used all your data allotment until next regular plan renewal.

when was the last time your account was paid ? What happens when you dial *611...if it can't find the number, sounds like it's been deactivated due to non-pay for greater than 90 days. You'd need a new sim to start a new account with a different email address too.

when was the last time you were able to use PM service? over 3 months ago?
call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone, enter your phone number and let us know if the system can find your number
if not, you left for too long and the account was permanently closed
