Why didn't my data renew when my plan renewed on the 23rd.... the one time I actually use a bunch of data and it doesn't renew and now im 5 days in to a new monthly plan and im lucky if 7g of data will last me till Dec 23rd.. wth 🤦♀️

Its not.. there looking into it. And they even said 5g of data remaining..

hi @Quinnst for the wrong data amount showing, it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
for you cannot use the data, make sure you turn off Data Limit on you phone, then try Reset Network Settings

I did and since the day of my renewal of my account im lucky if I used 8g of data.. and it's saying 35g used

The account renewed, the only thing that didn't was the data... the one time I actually used more then 5g..

To confirm, your account did not renew at all? Or it renewed but no data?
Can you receive incoming calls?
What is your account status? Is it asking for payment?

I know, it always did except this month it did not renew...

Data automatically renews with Renewal.
Refresh the page.
Reboot your phone.

log in to your account using the app ..look at Usage Breakdown to see accurate amount of data available / used.
