Why didn't my data renew when my plan renewed on the 23rd.... the one time I actually use a bunch of data and it doesn't renew and now im 5 days in to a new monthly plan and im lucky if 7g of data will last me till Dec 23rd.. wth 臘‍♀️

Its not.. there looking into it. And they even said 5g of data remaining..

I did and since the day of my renewal of my account im lucky if I used 8g of data.. and it's saying 35g used

The account renewed, the only thing that didn't was the data... the one time I actually used more then 5g..

I know, it always did except this month it did not renew...
