Hello

When I started with Public Mobile my plan was 8.5G for $50 per month. Now the $50 plan offers 10G plus with auto pay but it has never updated to the 10G with my payments.  I've even bern cut off when I hit the 8.5G.  

My payment is scheduled to go through over night.  What would be the best way to resolve this?  Should I change my plan now and make the payment ahead of time possibly?

Thanks in advance for help with this.

It's been almost a month now, hopefully your plan changed to the updated new data amount?  Enjoy the extra 2 GB of data

@CR3  You need to change the plans to get updated.

Just to absolutely clarify @Anonymous advice....no don't change it now or immediately simply schedule a change plan on next renewal. That you can do now before your renewal occurs tonight in a little less than 5 hours from now.😃

and you choose to change your plan on your next plan renewal date,

 @CR3 : Plans don't change automatically. You need to change to them. So yes schedule the plan change for the renewal and it will change to it.
