hi one needs to press the refresh button. the website does not automatically update even though it says "updated a sec ago". there is also another refresh button for addons

@ChelseyLee88 You may clear the cookie and cache for the web browser. then try to log in again. or restart your phone again then check your usage. I hope it can help.

try to use a different browser or Incognito browser.

@ChelseyLee88 it is possible you are just reading some old, cached data. PM site has serious issue with cache now
To assure you are reading the correct info, please use Incognito mode to login to My Account again. It should show you the correct plan you have as well as the correct usage
