When I purchased my plan it was 60 gb for $40 you are now offering 70gb for the same amount.....am I able to upgrade for more data without additional fees? Thank you Dennis

@Dennis196007 Not everyone gets the same plan offers unfortunately and so we can only change to the plans that are available to us in our accounts

all existing subscribers can only chose plans offered on their My Account > Change Subscription page ( https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/account/plan/change-plan ). Check if there. If you see the plan you want, use Change on Renewal option to schedule a plan change.
But if the plan you want is not there, sorry, you cannot change to it
