Public Mobile randomly changed my Data plan from 3GB to 1000 MB ... has this happened to anyone else. My account is still active.. no payment issues.

What is your plan supposed to be? Price? Plan data? Promotional data? It appears the new self serve account is dropping recurring monthly plan data bonuses. Does this glitch compare to your missing data? Did you last renew after July 13th? Ultimately customer support will have to fix this but the more we identify exactly the issue that affects many accounts the same way then once reported it will be a system wide fix rather than an individual account fix.

not normal, tried call *611 and press option 3 and you need your 4 digit PIN to check out your usage data,
or use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
and go to history usage data.
at when you login go to Plan, what is showing your plan is right.

That is highly unlikely to happen.
Could you provide screenshots of before and after?
3GB is $35 Plan. 1GB is $25 Plan. Are you sure you did not by accident schedule plan changes?

Where are you seeing this, can you post a screenshot (do not include any personal info here though).
