hello, I connected a 20gb plan on December 2nd, it was supposed to start working, but they didn’t turn it on for me, I used 10gb and the date doesn’t work anymore, how to make the information in the account become relevant to what it really is?

@MrDemian87 I don't think your plan changed. Refreshing the page could make the right plan show but I don't think it changed because your data stopped working when you were close to ising 10GB. Did you request the change by text message?

PM also suggests clearing your cache files, use a different web browser and... logging in using incognito mode.
