My data was renewed yesterday and, in ours, before it even started working, withought me using it, I got a message saying I used 75%. Last month it was completely over before I even could use it. Who can I contact to fix this?

@marinarplima if you see your data line listed in this area in your self serve account then you should be able to use data:
You have data showing (and it is more than 75% available), and the text was from 611/Public Mobile I believe it would be safe to ignore the text.
OR, did your phone warn you of it's data limit usage? Phones can be set up to warn you at certain data usage on a device level.
Remember plans are 30 days here not monthly, so your phone may be notifying you on a monthly usage.
There may even be a point where your device setting limits your usage of data and just would let you use any more even though you show data available on your self serve.
Anyways, 'long of the short of it'...best to check the settings on your phone for any warnings or limits.
edit, you can check your detail data usage history, but note there is a 6-12 delay in posting it there.
The Overview area (screenshot above) is most accurate.

Login to your account and view your actual data used. Sometimes this message was set on your phone with a monthly setting or a glitch in the system.

If you keep your DATA on all the time, some app and/or OS might take advantage and connect to Internet.
Check what your account says how much data you have used since renewal. SMS might be incorrect.

Your phone might be doing sync's or OS or app updates over the cell data. Turn off cell data. Turn off the WiFi assist that is used when you might have weak or no WiFi. Turn off the updates over cell data.
