It's probably that you need to change the APN setings to the ones provided here, but if that doesn't work, it's gonig to be a service provisioning issue.  Provisioining issues would need to be look at by a CSA.

What phone is that? It could be an incompatibility issue.  Tell us the phone model and we can check

But try  Reset Network Settings.  It is usually good to do that when you switch provider

It's not a compatibility issue if calls and text messaging work.  Data works on any available Public Mobile network type.

@CindyTonon  you can also check the apn settings on your phone.

See if your phone has the following. If not, delete and add the below

APN: sp.mb.com

MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc

MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca

MMS port: 8799

MCC: 302

MNC: 220

APN Type: default,supl,mms

                             or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

Make sure your phone's data is turned on. Also, because you were on Rogers, I'd suggest going into your Settings and clear your network settings and reboot.

Did you get the text from Rogers requesting porting? Did you say yes within 90 minutes?
