It shows I still have Data left on my account but it's not working. I can't open any web pages or browse anything. Could you help look into it?

I am in Toronto. My family all use PM, and theirs working fine.
Really not sure why I can't use the data. Does it solve the problem if I switch to higher monthly plan?

Hey I have the same issues too. I just auto-renewed my subscription plan today, I have 20GB left. No data is going through my phone.

Yes, I am using Incognito mode. The add-on promotion still has 45% left. And I am using iphone. Thank you..

generally, where are you located ? I see there's several large network outages in different parts of the country...perhaps that's the issue.

To avoid reading cached info, please check My Account again using Incognito mode , confirm you sitll have data left
Also, if you are using Android, make sure you disable data limiter on your device.
