Data not working

Data isn't working. Data is on, valid, no airplane mode, have reset data on phone, have restarted phone.

Has data ever worked @RB23  ?   If data is showing remaining in your overview section of your My Account, then try removing and reinserting your sim card.

 

You may also try to perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings.

This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

Iphone:

To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.

Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.

android:

Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

call *611 press 3 and you need your 4 digit PIN, to check your data usage, you have any left. or maybe you use all.

Have you checked your account and clicked the little spinner refresh button below the usage areas to see if you have data left.

Can you call and text in and out?

@RB23   you logged into My Account and confirmed you still have data?

 

Please use incognito mode or other browsers (Edge/Firefox/Chrome) to check for accurate and updated usage 

 

Also, if you are on Android, make sure you didn't setup any mobile data limit, this could block your usage form your device

If you are on iOS, try different app to access data.  iOS can selectively disable some app to access data and sometimes people clicked that by mistake
