Data has not been working for months just found out any ideas how to fix issue .

Log into your account to check if you have data showing.  Make sure you have the correct APN settings.

 

Check your APN settings.

Here’s how to set up data in 3 steps:

1) Tap:

  • Settings
  • More
  • Access Point Names
  • New APN Settings

2) Input this info:

3) Leave all the other fields blank. Hit save.

 

Try rebooting your phone.

@ ummm? If you just found out, how do you know if has not been working for months?

 

You could try:

  • reboot phone
  • toggle to airplane mode for a few minutes, then back to regular mode.
  • try SIM in another compatible Public Mobile device
  • If trying in another phone works, reset network settings on device that it does not work on.

@Send2ssj Go to self-service profile and check how many data do you have there. Di you have working data previously? Did you change your phone?

 @Send2ssj : Has mobile data ever worked here? Do you see the data line item under My Data & Add-ons?
