I stopped my substitute almost 3 months ago but made sure I didn't go over 3 months s that I can keep my PM account. I was traveling so didn't need it. Now that I'm back in Canada, I just resubscribed and purchased my "current" membership plan. (Unlimited minutes Canada wide + 6gb data). When I switch my data on, nothing connects.
I am using the same phone I had with PM before leaving but it has been reset.
Can someone help me?

Yes I can make calls fine, it's just data.i will try these suggestions.

were you able to login My Account and paid? If you did, your account is fine and let's check the phone
can you make calls? and you text?
Try Reset Network Settings on your phone
if same, try your PM sim card on another phone

if voice works, it is a data setup issue
remove your travel sim card if there is one, or disable travel esim. Delete the VPN profile
then reboot phone and reset network settings
