Hello, I am a user of Public mobile and paused for this subscription due to personal reason. I wonder if I could get refund for recent payment as I would not use this month’s service.

Unfortunately, PM is a prepaid service so no refund. Only time that an CS_Agent issue a refund during activation/creating a new account that didn’t work.

as a prepaid service, Public Mobile won't grant a refund to you to pause your account.

Sorry to hear of your issues.
Public Mobile though doesn't provide refunds. How long did you not use the service for? Three weeks? One month?
