Data not working

I recently changed subscriptions to a "50 GB Data at 5G Speed" plan, effective today. Only issue is my phone data won't work, I can't access anything over the internet. My data usage currently shows 0mb/50gb. I can still get SMS messages but nothing through data.

try reboot the phone first.  then try Reset all networks and see if it works

also, although you have a 5G speed plan, you can still access your data at 4G (LTE) with a 5G speed. So, if data does not work still , try to change the network mode to 4G or LTE and test again

Last, if nothing works, please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
