Data not working

Can anyone tell me how to get my data to work.   I can now send and receive text messages and I can get phone calls, but my data isn't working 😢

tell us which make and model is your cellphone, as could be a problem with APN settings on some phones.

@Sue181848  Can you verify you have data turned in in phone settings ? Have you tried to reboot the phone or reset network settings ? If still no luck please 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
