Hello,

I purchased a Public Mobile Service a couple weeks ago and I've noticed that my Data on the service is not working though I am able to make calls and uses SMS.

Hi, Is it possible that your data is off? Or all your data is used up for this month?

Hi there,

I tried the new APN setting but Data services are still unavailable.

For iphones, you usually don't need to adjust APN settings. 

You could try reboot phone or network reset of phone (this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).  Might want to up date your IOS to most recent.

Hi there,

I have an iPhone and I am not able to reset my APN settings since I am not tech savvy. For this reason, I have no way to verify whether or not this is the issue.

This is amost likely an APN setting issue.  Plesae compare your settings to:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone
