Good afternoon I need help activating my public mobile voucher

You can’t activate a new SIM with vouchers. You need to download the PM app and activate the SIM with a CC or debit card. Once activated then you can use vouchers to make future payments.

You can purchase a reloadable CC from any gas station or grocery to activate SIM if you want or use a family member CC.

More clarification is needed. 

Are you a new customer trying to activate a new plan with a voucher? 

Or existing customer wishing to use a voucher to pay for plan?  

If you purchase a voucher, it is already active.  You just need to enter the PIN number either via your self service account or by dialing 611 on your phone.
