Data not working

Switched plans yesterday. Today data is not working. Same phone. Only difference is the plan.

Impossibly to get an agent or online help.

Any ideas?

They responded asking for all my personal account info but I’m not able to monitor it minute by minute so now I’m waiting for a response for that.

they just refresh your account on the system

did you check the Community inbox for agent's reply? 

if you have waited long, like over 2 hours, I would open message PM agent again

quite many has problem with data not working last couple days, especially after a plan change.

to submit ticket, dont' use the chatbot, just use messaging here:

changed plan to 20gb 5G for 34. Data not working now. It is working yesterday.

Tried to submit a ticket and get 404 error. PM service is so bad.

Thanks. Reset everything this morning still no luck. Haven’t been able to create a ticket or get an agent.

Hey @Canadacup67 

Best advice is to do a reboot. That doesn't work, go into your network settings and reset your networks. Just know this will erase all saved wifi passwords. Then reboot again. This should fix it.

Try Reset All Networks first

if same, submit ticket with CS agent and ask them to refresh your account
