Data not working with new phone and new plan.

Umidigi g1 max,

I can't for the life of me get the data to work no matter what apn settings I use.

Calling and texting is fine.

 

Someone help

@Y2kayo Umidigi phone , yes, it is a bit more work for this brand of the phone.  And it is likely an APN problem

Easy trick is to first click Reset all Networks.   

if it does not work, please go to the APN settings page to either update your current one or make a new one following this:

           (might need to include dun for hotspot)

MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator) type: GID
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator)value: 4D

HI @Y2kayo  what phone do you have? could be a phone compatibility  problem

first , Reset all networks 

and you can also try your sim card in another phone
