With my wifi turned off, my data isn't working. I was wondering if anyone knows if the data service is currently down for maintenance. I'm located in Vancouver, BC.

Thank you all for trying to help. I got the data to work again. All I did was turn off wifi and restarted the phone. Not sure why it happened in the first place.

@ljuan If you use all your plan data, here the options to get more data.
1. If your current data limit does not meet your 30 days' need, you may change a plan with more data. You can do the plan from self-serve. You get your data back immediately with plan change.
2. If you want to renew the same plan early, you need to create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the bottom right hand corner of this page. Moderator wait time is up to 2 days or more. If your next renewal date is up to 2 days away, you may just on data diet for a few days until after renewal.
3. You can buy data add-ons $15 1GB data or $10 200MB data. Expensive option

Check your data usage line on your overview page after login.
The following are my usage line for my current cycle. I have used 52.231 out of 250 MB.
If you do not see any data usage line, you had used all your data for the current cycle.

How much data do you have left in your plan?
If you ran out you can contact moderatora to renew you early or you can switch yourself to another plan immediately, in both cases you lose what you already paid for.
Do you need data until your renewal it can you though it out?
1g add-on is 50%off now and will not expire at all until you use it up.

@ljuan try a network reset, enable data, restart your phone, re-enter your wifi password, and send an mms text message. Take off wifi and try to surf the net. Let us know if this doesn't work. Thanks. Stay safe.
