Hello:
I recently switched to Public Mobile as my carrier and my data is not working. I still have 1GB of data left and I have tried adjusting APN network settings, but this is still not working for me. I own a LG G4 phone. Can someone help me on this matter?
Thank you

@pmmobile no need, this one is easy to diagnose. LG phones (particularly the G-series) are known to have data issues after changing carriers. It's not a Public Mobile thing, and not an account issue, it's a bug with LG phones. Resolution has arleady been stated: try a network reset first, which sometimes but not always resolves the issue, and failing that, back up anything you want to keep and do a factory reset.

@Cola123I would also open a ticket with a moderator and ask them to request tech suppor to give you a call if all else fails. They may be able to adjust something on their end, or give you a more specific solution.

I recently hooked up my brother's LG G4 and I had to put the APN in, choose the network and reboot.

Try network reset and restart your phone.
LG phones are notorious for this issue.

@Cola123 Known issue with LG phones. Try resetting network settings. If that doesn't work then you need to do a factory reset to get data working.
