My plan was supposed to renew today and I had chosen to renew at a new plan (the 15 G for $40). My account says I paid, my credit card shows the charge too. But my plan is still 5 G and my data hasn't renewed. Normally I get a text at 1:35 each time the payment goes through but that was over 2 hours ago and I haven't received that either. Anyone else have a similar issue?

HI @Ttbrowne it is PM My Account problem. You are reading a cached page
Please clear cache, close and relaunch browser and login again. Then you should see the new plan with new data quota
You can also use Private browser or Incognito browser mode
