I have the 35. Ya nothing is showing up. I’ve never gone over so I’m surprised as I’m only half though my cycle

What plan do you have? If it is the 15 or 25 plan they can be used up pretty quickly. Most of the time unknowingly where wifi is toggled off inadvertently or data being used for background apps or downloads etc. If it is early on and you can anticipate higher data needs you can switch to the plan above on next renewal.

@Ashlyn So, you don't see a line like this on your My Data and Add-ons? or no other line about data at all ?
If none, your data are all used up for this cycle. You can either wait till your next cycle , hopefully not long, or you can go to buy add-ons. Just remember to first load enough fund, then go back and back. The add-ons are non-expiring until all used up

hi it should be working unless you used it all , check in your self serve account under plans and add ons do you see any data there? if you don't it's all used
