Got a text saying I used all my data, according to my online account I have over 9gb left, what's up?

I take it that worked for you then? Usually the text is in error and your data should still work. If not, that is a bit of a pain but at least you got it resolved! 

@Redrumrocks take your sim out and reseat it reboot phone if that doesn't help
