@Chuck5 Public Mobile tallies up your day's data usage and posts it at night, it doesn't mean it is using any at night. Make sure you don't have a setting on in your phone that allows it to switch from cellular data to wifi when it decides the signal is better just to be sure. To be doubly sure, toggle cellular data off at night, but almost certainly it's just PM doing their math while you're asleep
