I bought new sims for our unlocked phones and got a plan with unlinuted sms, mms and calling and 1gb. Data and sms Nd data wont work at all????

I am not sure, but I think you have to press Menu (central button) at the bottom, to save changes you made.

@Jdockstater- read the posts from @LEGO - your APN is NOT correct.
Once you have entered the correct one then you should have data working.

Create a new APN with settings for my phone and see if it works. Don't forget to reboot after.

Based on screenshots you post your APN name is Koodo not Public Mobile!
How did you find these settings if RCA brand not listed on that website?

At the top of my screen by the service bars it doesnt say 3G idk if that helps?

@Jdockstater, please log in to your self service portal account, and double check that you have a data plan on your account, and whether it indicates 3G (if it doesn;t indicate 3G, then it is 4G).

Strange, based on description from Amazon it should work:
“Works anywhere in the world with LTE bands 2/4/7/17; CDMA 1700/1900: GSM/GPRS/edge 850/900/1800/1900”
But, if this is your phone, then how come you only have option for 2G and 3G?

Yes i got the APN information off the website listed on here so it should be good.
Under preferred network it only gives me the option for 3G or 2g

This phone should work with Public Mobile.
You've said that you checked that your APN is all good - this is usually the main cause of "no data" problems so as long as you are certain then we'll continue.
In your phone settings there should be something named "Preferred network type" (might be named differently) - usually under the "More" section under "Wireless and Networks".
Make sure this setting specifies "4G" or "LTE" - every manufacturer seems to use a different wording so use what's closest.
After doing so, reboot your phone and then see if mobile data works.

You have to create a new APN, not do changes to existing one. Have you rebooted phone after you made changes?

I already changed and Checked my APN that is how i got my texting to work. And i also paid for data with my plan.

@matbasmjust gave you the first thing you need to check - your APN setting. Read his message before anything else. 🙂
