Data and sms not working

I bought new sims for our unlocked phones and got a plan with unlinuted sms, mms and calling and 1gb. Data and sms Nd data wont work at all????

I went to canadas most popular and found RCA model G1? How do i add a new APN to public mobile?

At the top of my screen by the service bars it doesnt say 3G idk if that helps?
