Does the data add-on show here (see below). If so, try rebooting device, or removing and replacing the SIM card in the device to see if the data begins to work [& obviously make sure Mobile Data is toggled on... 😉]

If you didn't purchase the data add ons yet ( just added funds) you may be better off renewing early or changing to a higher data plan. What is your current plan and normal data usage for 30 days?

first do one thing take your SIM card out and waiting for a minute and put it back and do rebooting your phone is will working,
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

@Norberto84 : Did your data ever work here? Do you still see at least $30 in your Available Funds? If so then you've done step one of two. Go back and "re-buy" the add-ons. It's rather non-intuitive.
