Hi is been since last week I noticed that my network Is not working whereas I was still having data I don’t know why. I have noticed that with all this issue my account was debited. I need to know why.

no service but you are still using data? are you using Wifi?
And voice calls do not work?
Try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings
