@Moderator_Team, I was in the US for work and my data roaming did not kick in. I was inconvenienced by this during work as I could not access some accounts. I would like refund. Thank you.

PM service is not like other post-paid plans which allow roaming automatically.
For PM, you need to purchase US add-on in order to use US roaming. Please note that buying add-on is 2 steps process. First step is to add fund to your account. Then, purchase the add-on with the available fund in your account.

Is your Available Funds around about the price of the add-on?
Did you remember to turn on roaming on the phone?
Did you scan for either of the networks to connect to in the US?
Did you restart your phone when it wasn't working?
Which exact add-on did you get?
