Hello, I activated my account plan for $25 with autopay which should ensure I get 1 gb of data a month. Thus far data services have not worked at all on my phone please help me figure out if they work? If not I think I'm switching to public mobile will be short-lived since I have no internet.

Thank you this seemed to work!

Perform a RESET of your phone's NETWORK SETTINGS.
If the Data Line shows up on your self serve account, can you try your SIM into another compatible phone just to make sure it is a phone issue itself?

Alternative fix:
A user who had this issue sent us this claiming it solved the problem of the missing ‘+’ icon.
Since this is a user-submitted fix and not something directly from OnePlus, it’s important to mention that you should proceed with caution.
Open Settings > Wi-Fi & Network > SIM & Network
Pop open your SIM card tray and leave it open
Stay on the SIM & Network settings page
Pop your SIM back in the phone and tap on ‘Select Access point Names’ as quickly as you can
Now the ‘+’ icon should be visible and you can tap on it
Now that you’ve begun the process of adding an APN you need to fill out the page with the following information:
Name: TELUS
APN: sp.telus.com
MMSC: HTTP://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mmsc
MMS Proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS Port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN type: default,mms,supl
APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
MVNO type: GID MVNO:54
Finally, tap on the three dots in the top left, and hit save. This should solve the problem.

@Anvi2000 : Instead of the ip addres try
mmscproxy.mobility.ca
Instead of 80 try 8799
Instead of 4D4F try just 4D
Edit: be sure to make it your active APN and then flip in/out of airplane mode.

I believe it is more an issue on the device level. Umidigi has all kind of interesting issues with APN or so.
try to setup an accord and open a ticket at Umidigi Community:

@Anvi2000 OnePlus Nord had some issue with Telus before. Not sure if the same happens with Nord 2
first, try to update your phone with the latest updates
Also check the APN settings.

Have you checked your self-serve account to see if the data is indeed showing as available ?

and take your SIM card out and waiting for a 2 minute and put it back and turn on -This one is quick and simple.
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
