Hey everyone.
My phone’s data is not working:/ i’ve tried resetting network settings, my phone, powering off, ect. I had data yesterday, but this morning it quit, which also just happened on saturday. So i did the recent update on my IOS, and it was good for the whole day sunday, until this morning. Even have switched to LTE, 3g, nothings working. Hoping the community can help me out

I have used 6Gb/100GB so i don’t believe thats the issue:/ someone mentioned getting public mobile to reset my account on their end!!

you sure you have enough data? login My Account and check the usage there
also, make sure you disable Data Usage Limit on your phone.

@josiking10 Might need ask support to refresh your account on the back end and have them investigate

you use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen . If that dosent work you can instead send a private message To CS_Agent
