Has anyone encounted any data leak, or someone using your data (not sure how), and Public Mobile is not doing anything about it?
I have a 3 month plan, and i never never use up that much data, and PM is saying i used 10gb for only three weeks!!!
I told them i was away in the U.S for a week and looking at my statment data usage, there was data used during the time i was away (i had a U.S. sim card used not PM sim card). How would i use up data not using PM sim card?
Does anyone have any advice/suggestions? PM is not investing the matter further, they keep on telling me that their IT dept said i did use that much data. YES, I KNOW MY PHONE USED UP THIS MUCH, but it did not come from me, and they refused to investigate further.
Help, i have more than 2 months to go in my plan, and i only have 2 gb left.
Thanks!

Go to settings then data usage (see slawrens post) to see what app is using up data. Then you can disable mobile data usage for the specific app which is using it up. What type of phone are you using?

The data leak is coming from the phone. Something is using up the data. Nothing wrong with the network.

@Katwu what kind of phone? Do you have WiFi Assist enabled and maybe not realizing you were using data when you thought you were just using WiFi? Did you download a large operating system update over mobile data maybe?
Here's how to tell what apps are using up your data: on an iPhone, and on an Android phone. Hopefully that helps you narrow it down.
EDIT: would love to hear what you discover when you try the above.

Hi @Katwu,
What do you mean by this statement: "YES, I KNOW MY PHONE USED UP THIS MUCH, but it did not come from me, and they refused to investigate further."
Are you saying you know that your phone with the PM SIM card in it used that much data during your trip?
