Data works on Imessenger but not on other apps… how come? This is a recent issue last two days. Checked everything and followed online Public Mobile help. No idea the issue when it was working fine before. Plan is active with plenty of data left.

Data was working with other apps when you switched to your iPhone 14 Pro MAX.
Did you update your iPhone 14 Pro MAX to the latest iOS 16.2 recently?

Did you recently updated to iOS 16.2?
There seems to be issues with the latest update affecting certain apps.
I have issues with my Flipp and BlackVue battery apps. The Flipp app doesn't work on first opening the app and the BlackVue battery app doesn't work at all.
Hopefully iOS 16.3 will correct these issues with a modem update.
Rebooting your phone sometimes helps.

Yes … I forgot to say it does work on my old device. But it worked on this device for months now and just stopped working.

Do you have another device that you try the service with? This can help rule out any device settings or performance issue.
