I recently changed my plan from $40 for 5gb at 3g speed to a plan for $45 with 20gb at 4g speeds but when my next billing cycle happened it changed back?

In addition to the above advice log in using secret/incognito mode should give you the correct up to date info in your account.

This could be a cosmetic website issue and the Self Serve account could be showing outdated information. Click on the refresh icon in your Self Serve icon. Also try logging out, clear your browser's cache, cookes and close your browser. Reload the web browser and look again to check for the correct plan information.
