My account was paid on the 2nd of December and was supposed to be upgraded to 15gb on 4G. But it didn’t and my account is saying that I’ve used all of my data already for December already.
How long does it to update online? Or show in my account?

The change should be active shortly after 12:00 ET.
Did you schedule plan change on your renewal date Dec 2nd?
If yes, create support ticket to get CS Agent assistant.
If not, you replying YES to the text offer did not do anything.

@esimoncumming hi there is a cache issue with accounts,use a different browser in private or incognito mode sign back in and see if it updates
