I purchased a data add-on but it is not still showing in my account, and am not able to use internet

Just look at your self serve account like a vending machine. No matter how much you want a can of coke or a mars bar and how many times you push the selection buttons unless you add money to the vending machine nothing will fall down the dispensary to where you can retrieve it.
Unless a snack got caught and didn't fall from a previously unlucky customer and you might be able to shake the vending machine enough to make it fall into the collection area.
Otherwise like the vending machine you can peruse the add on selections and note the price but you will need to add the $$ to your available funds then select your purchase, confirm the amount and submit the payment. Then your add on will drop down to the bottom left corner of your overview page and/or your add ons page. Log out and reboot if necessary and you are good to go.

Purchasing an add-on after logging in into your PM account is a two-step process. You need to load funds first and then purchase add on.

When it's not listed there, that means that the add-on was not added to your account (or it's been all used up). Whenever someone tries to purchase an add-on without already having the necessary funds in the account balance, going through the add-on purchase steps only performs and account top up. You would then need to go back to the process to purchase the add-on package.

If you see the amount still in your Available Funds then you need to go back and actually purchase the add-on. It's a non-intuitive 2 steps.
