I used the app to purchase a 3 gig addon today, without seeing any information that it would be limited to 30 days and it would not roll over as shown in my account. Is this the case? I am a light user and would never use this much data in a month. Is there a way to exchange this addon for one that rolls over?

@DDM69 , @Rudy4 in my app it shows when they expire!!
For Canada Add-Ons in the app it shows a 3gb Data Add-On (Data add-ons expire after 30 days) $30.00
Unless Op did purchased the US Roaming - 3 GB Data (15 Day) Add-On $25.00

@Rudy4 you purchased the 3GB add on for service while in the US? The chart seems rather clear. Maybe the app view is different?

as of today...they have a 30 day expiration. If you don't use it all...it's gone.
