Phone was doing fine in the morning, in the afternoon, data on phone randomly got blocked. dont know why..went on acc to check usage and it doesnt say anything....need help..

@dpublicmobile, first off please remove your account number this is a public forum. Could you have possibly used up all of your data? Best way tot check is to login to self serve and look under addons. If data is not listed then you have used all of it up. This is not real time updated either so it may look like you have data left. If you have used up all of your data you have 3 options.
Now if you are seeing that you still have data available.
