Cyprus Calls are not working

I purchased an International Plan and yet I still cannot contact my brother in Cyprus which is in the Mediterranean. Why not?

Unfortunately, Turkey is not included in the 300 long distance offer, the best way currently is skype, viber, etc. We hope Turkey will be added in the future.

No, this number is not supported by Public mobile.  

0870 number is a premium rate number in the UK.  Extra charges and very unlikely supported by Public mobile.

do you mean the 0870 UK numbers??

Although UK is in the list , the 0870 numbers likely not allowed on PM.  Even in UK, 0870 are not free calls,  the rate is different for different numbers and is determined by the business owner of the number..  For PM, its prepaid service, there is no way to charge back those calls.

and no, as your other posts,  Cyprus is not on the International list of PM.    Calling card might be your choice

I have an International Plan that will allow me to call Cyprus as long as Public Mobile allows access to 0870 numbers. Does it allow this?

There currently are no options for using PM cell to call Turkey.

Alternative is to get a calling card at your local 711 type of store. The calling cards provide inexpensive calling plan.

Sorry, but Cyprua cannot be called using the Public Mobile service. You'll have to use a callig card, calling app, or some othet type of long distance service.
