Cyber Monday Only pop up on phone

Well this is interesting. I received this pop up on the way home from work at 4pm. Not sure why I only got this at 4pm and not yesterday or the day before or even early this morning. Seems a little late in the day for this, don't you think?

Anyone else get this pop up?

I see no information about this on the forum here. Any Oracle care to shed any light on this?

Really? This is the first time seeing this message. Matter of fact, this is the first pop up message on the app I've had all year. lol. I use the app at least twice a week and never see this.

this is not a "Cyber Monday" only message, I see this pop up once in a while when I login My Account and the app.  They just tweaked the message slightly and make it Cyber Day
